400KV GANTRY TYPE TRANSMISSION TOWER
Steel tower being main supports for power transmission line project, it is often produced by angle steel, steel pipe or other small steel components. In general, it is divided into guyed tower and self-supporting tower. Gantry tower both have guyed or self-support types, which also widely used in longer distance power transmission & distribution project.
Being one professional manufacturer, MEGATRO can design and produce
every type of 400KV gantry type transmission tower for our clients.
MEGATRO produces and designs every type of gantry steel tower or
other truss& mast. The Tower Line work involves Survey, check
survey, and span calculations essential for tower extensions.
Moreover, Tower designs and prototype approval is done. In material
choice, we consider high voltage and longer distance power
transmission, and combine local climate condition, the steel
material must be high tensile with strength, solid, wind resistance
well. In general, we adopt more ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, ST52, S355J0,
S355JR, Fe510, Q420, Q460, and equivalent materials.
MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of 400KV
Gantry Steel Tower. This attention to quality may not be the
cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high
standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction
cost due to mismatched assemblies.
After fabrication all 400KV Gantry Steel Tower are delivered to the
galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed
through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then
Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free
towers.
MEGATRO' 400KV Gantry Steel Tower systems can accommodate a variety
of cross-arm. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and
mounts.
